Maven Clinic is seeking an experienced Director of Privacy and Compliance to lead strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and advising stakeholders. This role is critical for scaling Maven’s virtual care model while managing rapid growth in the U.S. and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of an effective compliance program
• Lead cross-functional compliance initiatives
• Develop privacy and compliance solutions
• Design and execute risk assessment and management system
• Create and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Lead compliance investigations
• Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor
• Define long-term compliance strategy
• Analyze regulatory standards
• Develop compliance training programs

Requirements

• 10+ years healthcare privacy and compliance experience
• Experience with managed care and/or government programs
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and risk assessments
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Positive and collaborative leadership style
• Active US work authorization
