Job Description

Maven Clinic is seeking a Strategic Growth Executive to focus on net new business growth within payer partnerships. This role involves building relationships with payer executives and account teams to drive revenue growth across various lines of business, including ASO, fully insured, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategy for payer partners
  • Manage pilots and initiatives to grow accounts
  • Champion Maven internally
  • Lead development of client QBRs
  • Manage and progress pipeline opportunities
  • Track and report on partner KPIs
  • Build relationships across payer organizations
  • Empower direct sales teams
  • Establish regular touchpoints with payer leaders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Support development of business cases

Requirements

  • Ability to travel to the midwest and/or west coast
  • Experience in a growth role or selling through payers
  • Quantifiable history of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to present to key decision makers
  • Consultative selling experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Demonstrated collaboration with internal teams
  • Active work authorization in the US
