Job Description

Maven Clinic is seeking a Benefit Design Manager to support their growth by enabling exceptional benefit design and delivery for clients. This role will focus on strategically designing, operationally implementing, and clearly communicating Maven’s fertility and family building benefit offerings. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver tailored benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Tailor Maven’s offerings to client needs
• Develop and refine pitch materials
• Participate in client meetings
• Respond to benefit design questions during RFPs
• Support new client implementations
• Provide benefit design support for existing clients
• Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in benefit design, health & benefits consulting, or implementation
• Understanding of fertility and family-building benefit design
• Client-facing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Collaborative working style
