Maven Clinic is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for frontline roles as they scale their care delivery operations. This 3-month contract role will focus on full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced health tech startup environment, requiring a candidate with experience in high-volume hiring and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers and teams
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Improve high-volume recruiting efforts

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong focus on high-volume frontline hiring
• Experience in health tech, healthcare, or startup environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Success sourcing and closing candidates
• Experience with recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
