The role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for analytics and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage retention campaigns lifecycle
  • Shape product marketing strategies using customer insights
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters on email and SMS campaigns
  • Balance company initiatives with customer needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Implement A/B tests and optimization strategies
  • Identify process improvements and build systems

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP (Klaviyo a plus)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics
  • Experience with project management platforms
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite (Excel)
