Job Description

Shinola is seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Senior Sales Account Executive to manage and grow an existing territory, as well as identify and onboard new retail partners within the independent jewelry and luxury watch market. This role is key to driving revenue and strengthening Shinola’s presence in the Midwest region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & Grow Existing Territory Accounts
  • Execute territory sales strategy
  • Conduct regular in-store visits
  • Collaborate with buyers
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen account relationships
  • Develop New Business
  • Leverage network to open new accounts
  • Partner with Director of Wholesale
  • Build trust with retailers
  • Marketplace & Performance Analysis
  • Provide territory analysis
  • Monitor key metrics
  • Recommend assortment and merchandising strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of wholesale sales experience in jewelry, watch, or accessories
  • Established relationships with independent retailers in the Midwest
  • Demonstrated success driving territory growth
  • Strong retail math and analytical skills
  • Skilled at training sales associates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel overnight (up to 60%)
