Job Description

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving wholesale growth across the West Coast territory by managing existing accounts, onboarding new partners, and developing tailored strategies to maximize sell-through and market penetration. This role requires significant travel to build retailer relationships and optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive wholesale sales and expand relationships with existing accounts
  • Travel to store locations to optimize inventory, product mix, merchandising, and training
  • Monitor open-to-buy budgets and ensure sell-through performance
  • Develop customized sales strategies for each account
  • Provide territory analysis outlining trends and opportunities
  • Identify and onboard new accounts
  • Analyze and implement tactics to reduce wholesale return rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of wholesale or relevant sales experience
  • Experience with a luxury or premium brand
  • Strong relationship building and sales data analysis skills
  • Experience in account management and new business development
