Job Description

The Channel Sales Director is responsible for driving new business through partner acquisition and management, devising sales strategies, and ensuring successful partner onboarding and growth. This is an individual contributor role focused on prospecting, negotiating, and collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new partners
  • Negotiating and closing commercial agreements
  • Providing partner training on Shift4 products
  • Collaborating with API/Integrations team
  • Updating Salesforce records
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner onboarding
  • Achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Providing feedback to CSM and marketing

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Channel Sales within POS and Payments
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Salesforce and Monday.com preferred
