Job Description

Shift4 is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with their largest partners, advising them on solutions and ensuring their needs are prioritized. The role manages the full customer lifecycle, collaborates with internal teams, and provides escalation support while driving long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with key customer contacts
  • Advocate for accounts within Shift4
  • Oversee order management from order to install
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and Product Development
  • Manage and grow Enterprise Accounts
  • Attend project calls and meetings
  • Provide escalation support for site issues
  • Provide reports on case and support statistics
  • Liaison with business development
  • Conduct business reviews
  • Work with vendors for escalations and pilots
  • Process add-on orders
  • Provide lead information to Business Development
  • Demonstrate leadership and communication skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology
  • 5+ years of Account Management experience
  • Experience in Hospitality or Lodging industry
  • Payments experience and understanding of the Payment industry
  • Understanding of hardware platforms
  • Experience in hardware deployment is a plus
  • Self-sufficient and able to work flexible hours
  • High standards of professionalism
