Job Description

Shift4 is seeking Inside Sales Account Executives to engage small- and mid-sized business owners interested in their point-of-sale (POS) and payment processing solutions. This is a performance-based sales role focused on inbound lead management and proactive outbound follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls
  • Deliver product demos
  • Perform outbound follow-up
  • Recommend solutions
  • Prepare proposals
  • Maintain pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with deployment and support teams
  • Meet sales quotas
  • Maintain product knowledge

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet sales quotas
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
  • Restaurant/hospitality experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Motivated and results-driven
  • 4 days in office
