Job Description

The Sr. Manager, SkyTab Sales is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a sales team of Solutions Specialists, executing strategy, providing training and mentorship, and overseeing a local area office including facilities and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Build and train a high-performance sales team
  • Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
  • Deliver targets through recognition, performance review, and reward
  • Meet with customers to assess relationships and needs
  • Maintain professional knowledge
  • Plan for achievement of targets
  • Report KPIs to Director
  • Establish sales quotas
  • Resolve problems and identify system improvements
