Job Description

This hybrid leadership role drives new business revenue for SkyTab while leading and developing a team of Sales Representatives. The Supervisor will coach, motivate, and manage the team to achieve individual and collective success, acting as a top-performing seller and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor SkyTab Sales Representatives
  • Meet or exceed individual sales quota
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and team huddles
  • Oversee onboarding and development of team members
  • Foster a positive sales culture
  • Monitor key performance indicators
  • Support reps during customer interactions
  • Maintain expert knowledge of SkyTab solutions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling payments/POS systems
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • Understanding of merchant acquiring and POS landscape
  • Expertise across the full sales cycle
  • Ability to coach and motivate sales representatives
  • Highly organized and self-driven
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
