Job Description

The Director of Performance & Talent Management will design and drive strategies, programs, and tools to fuel Shift4’s high-performance culture and develop its people. This role involves building scalable global programs while collaborating with leaders and teams to shape performance management, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global performance management framework design and execution
  • Enable accountability, continuous improvement, and results
  • Ensure fair and consistent performance outcomes
  • Build and scale talent review and succession planning programs
  • Develop leadership capability models
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create growth programs
  • Equip managers with performance conversation tools
  • Use data to evaluate program impact
  • Provide insights on talent trends

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in performance and talent management
  • Proven success scaling global programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong facilitation and influence skills
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Experience with HR technology platforms (Workday preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
