Job Description

The VP of Talent Acquisition will lead Shift4’s global recruiting strategy and operations, building a world-class function that scales with rapid growth and global expansion. This role will design and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy focused on quality, speed, candidate experience, and innovation, leading a high-performing global TA team and partnering with senior executives to anticipate talent needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead global Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Partner with executives to forecast hiring needs
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a global TA team
  • Create scalable recruiting processes and infrastructure
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure hiring performance
  • Leverage data and automation to streamline recruiting
  • Strengthen Shift4’s employer brand
  • Champion a seamless candidate experience
  • Personally lead executive and senior-level searches
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent availability

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 5+ years in senior leadership
  • Proven success building global recruiting organizations
  • Expertise in employer branding and recruiting technology
  • Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen
  • Experience managing TA across multiple countries
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
