The Curriculum Content Creator designs, develops, and maintains high-quality learning content to support organizational growth and employee development. This role collaborates with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and update curricula and training modules
• Partner with SMEs to create learner-friendly content
• Apply instructional design frameworks
• Manage content lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation
• Develop multimedia learning elements
• Ensure seamless deployment into LMS
• Evaluate training effectiveness
• Maintain curriculum repository
• Facilitate training sessions
• Deliver knowledge-transfer sessions
• Stay current on instructional trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in curriculum development
• Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia)
• Excellent writing and visual design skills
• Solid understanding of adult learning theories
• Experience working cross-functionally
