Shift4 is seeking a Growth Solutions Analyst to provide technical solutions for enabling payment growth, create deployment blueprints, and drive hardware innovations. This role requires strong communication, project management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, involving quality control testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Test applications/hardware/software
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends
• Develop and maintain reporting tools

• Monitor key performance metrics

• Create detailed documentation
• Maintain project timelines
• Manage ticket escalations

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in POS software development with API integrations
• Strong understanding of data analysis processes
• Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Google suite
• Ability to quickly self-teach
• Flexibility in a dynamic environment
