Job Description

Shift4 is seeking a Head of Product Operations to design, implement, and scale the systems, processes, and analytics that enable Product, Engineering, and Design to execute effectively. This role acts as the operational engine and COO of the Product function, focusing on strategy execution, cross-functional alignment, and organizational health.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Product Operating System
• Translate strategy into operational reality
• Govern OKR/KPI alignment
• Drive cross-functional synchronization
• Lead execution of strategic initiatives
• Orchestrate decision-making forums
• Operationalize internal communication
• Own executive artifacts
• Scale operational playbooks
• Lead headcount planning
• Monitor and improve org health metrics
• Define and govern product KPIs
• Build and maintain dashboards
• Act as an extension of the CPO

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Head of Product Operations role
• Experience building operating rhythms
• Proven experience within product operations
• Ability to act as a force multiplier
• Ability to build trust at every level
• Vision for operational excellence
• Obsessed with follow-through and outcomes
