Shift4 is seeking a strategic Principal Product Manager to lead their US payments platform and drive the strategic direction of their payment products. This role involves aligning payments strategy with business goals, creating and executing product roadmaps, delivering new payment products, providing technical leadership, and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic direction of the payments division
• Create and execute product roadmaps
• Lead the development and delivery of new payment products
• Provide technical leadership and guidance
• Lead, mentor, and develop the payments team
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in technical product management roles focused on payments
• Deep understanding of payments technology
• Proven track record of leading technical product initiatives
• Strong technical background in software development
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in agile environments
