Shift4 is seeking an experienced User Experience Researcher to establish and grow a research practice within Shift4 Labs, a customer-led product incubator. The role focuses on usability evaluations, customer insights, and ultimately incorporating generative research to create best-in-class experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement research initiatives
• Conduct usability evaluations
• Apply diverse research methods
• Facilitate workshops
• Create process flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Build product metrics measurement programs
• Develop and maintain a research repository

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX research experience
• Excellence in evaluative research
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in generative research
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Robust portfolio showcasing research projects
