Job Description

Alethea is seeking a Customer Success Lead to build and scale their client/account management function. This role will be a primary interface with customers, ensuring they realize the value of Alethea's insights and technology, and will shape client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses strong strategic instincts, and is action-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a customer success framework
  • Stand up scalable systems for account management and client retention
  • Segment accounts and design tailored account management strategies
  • Act as the executive point of contact for clients
  • Lead executive business reviews and manage account health
  • Surface and synthesize client feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Own renewals, extensions, and account expansion
  • Develop proactive lifecycle campaigns
  • Manage and scale a customer success team (future scope)
  • Define KPIs and success metrics

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience with enterprise or nonprofit clients
  • Strong communication and EQ skills
  • Experience interfacing with senior leaders
  • Skilled project manager
  • Low-ego, mission-driven mindset
