Flexport is seeking a new graduate to operate a large fulfillment center as a people leader, managing a team and process on the operating floor. This role focuses on developing others, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the future of logistics through innovation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Coach, manage, and develop a team
• Communicate policies and ensure compliance
• Manage recognition programs
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance
• Ensure building security and loss prevention
• Own performance reporting
• Hold team to SLA expectations
• Troubleshoot fulfillment problems
• Escalate risks and resolve issues
• Measure and respond to inventory gaps
• Review defect rates and improve operations
• Track learnings and contribute to SOPs
• Prioritize systemic problem resolution

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• Process improvement skills
• Collaborative approach
• Precise communication skills
• Exceptional prioritization skills
• Problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy (Google Sheets/Excel)
• SQL experience is a plus
