Job Description

Flexport is seeking a Customs Trainer to develop and deliver training materials on customs entry processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role will support onboarding, continuous learning, and process improvement initiatives within the customs brokerage team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials on customs entry processes
• Create and maintain educational resources
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new team members
• Support continuous learning initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities
• Help resolve entry-related issues
• Review training materials for regulatory compliance
• Support compliant use of internal systems

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customs brokerage or related field
• Strong understanding of customs systems
• Knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Willingness to travel
