Job Description

Flexport is seeking a Demand Planner to lead forecasting, capacity, and planning initiatives for their fulfillment network. This role involves collaborating with various teams to align demand with operations, anticipate constraints, and optimize fulfillment strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and analytical leader focused on solving complex logistics challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build, calibrate, and maintain forecasting models
• Own the long-term fulfillment network plan and financial forecast
• Conduct root cause analysis of volume deviations
• Develop scenario plans for operating costs, demand, and capacity
• Lead cross-functional S&OP discussions
• Partner with merchants to improve cost and service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, forecasting, or fulfillment operations
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and SQL
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Compliance-first attitude
