Job Description

The Global Operations Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end movement of global shipments, focusing on customer experience and on-time performance. This role involves coordinating with internal and external partners, resolving client issues, and ensuring smooth operations within a regional network.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standard of Flexport quality
• Manage internal KPIs and SLAs
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Own client experience and resolve issues
• Coordinate logistics operations with partners
• Execute end-to-end freight movement
• Assist with partner shipments
• Quote and invoice client shipments
• Participate in QBR and MBR presentation prep

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Adaptability to new technology
• Effective time management
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Teamwork and relationship-building
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in English
