Job Description

As a Global Operations Specialist, you will execute the shipment lifecycle for Ocean & Air shipments, ensuring data integrity and proactively minimizing delays. This role involves cross-functional communication, maintaining data quality, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures to meet Key Performance Indicators and Service-Level Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Execute ocean and air freight shipments
• Maintain communication with transportation and warehousing partners
• Work cross-functionally within Flexport
• Ensure shipment on-time delivery and exception handling
• Use metrics to improve performance
• Validate shipment data and schedules
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree or 1+ year of relevant experience
• Team-centric mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Suite
• Fluency in English
