Job Description

As a Global Operations Specialist, you will execute the shipment lifecycle for Ocean & Air shipments, ensuring data integrity and proactively minimizing delays. This role involves cross-functional communication, data validation, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures to maintain high-quality service for Flexport's clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute ocean and air freight shipments
• Maintain communication with transportation and warehousing partners
• Work cross-functionally within Flexport
• Ensure on-time shipments and handle exceptions
• Use metrics to improve performance
• Validate shipment data and schedules
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree or 1+ year of relevant experience
• Team-centric mindset
• Strong communication skills

• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Suite
• Fluency in English
