Flexport is seeking an entrepreneurial and data-driven leader to spearhead the Product and Analytics function for Flexport Capital. This role will own the product roadmap, program management, and analytics, leading a team and driving innovation in trade finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product & Analytics for Flexport Capital
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team
• Lead product, AI, and analytics roadmap
• Develop product strategy for lending and payment products
• Own the customer lifecycle and product experience
• Lead program management for Flexport Capital
• Define KPIs and measure impact
• Drive AI and automation strategy
• Collaborate on GTM initiatives
• Become a domain expert on the fintech market

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or Math (MBA preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in Fintech or Bigtech
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience managing direct reports
• Strong technical competence
• Hands-on skills with SQL, Python, AI agents, or automation tools
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Courage to challenge the status quo
