Flexport is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to drive merchant success and growth in fulfillment services. This role involves strategic leadership, client portfolio management, relationship building, revenue growth, and performance management, acting as a liaison between merchants and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
