Flexport is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial strategy and execution for their rapidly growing U.S. fulfillment business, supporting a network of over 3 million square feet of warehouse space. This role involves partnering with operations, technology, and sales to improve performance, implementing automation tools, and shaping the long-term fulfillment footprint through complex modeling and strategic investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy for U.S. fulfillment business
• Partner with operations, technology, and sales
• Implement automation and AI-enabled financial tools
• Own complex modeling for network expansion

• Lead and grow a finance team

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or operations
• Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics preferred
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
• Track record of influencing financial outcomes and operational strategy
• Success working across functions without direct authority
