Job Description

The Senior Manager, HS&E – Omni Facilities will lead HS&E strategy and execution across five Omni fulfillment facilities and office locations. This role focuses on driving compliance, launching safety innovations, and overseeing projects to improve HS&E performance and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead HS&E strategy and execution for Omni facilities
• Own the HS&E roadmap for Omni operations
• Strengthen core HS&E programs
• Improve inspection and audit mechanisms
• Develop emergency preparedness plans
• Build and maintain training matrices
• Partner with Site Leads on safety controls
• Lead incident investigations
• Establish HS&E metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage vendor relationships
• Champion a culture of safety ownership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of HS&E experience in warehouse/fulfillment environments
• Ability to build and operationalize HS&E programs
• Proven project/program leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• OSHA 40 Hour General Industry Certification
