Job Description

Flexport is seeking a talented Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between Sales, Account Management, and Engineering teams to ensure successful integration deployments for their largest and most complex customers. The role involves gathering requirements, providing expertise on freight forwarding scenarios, and collaborating with various teams to deliver and support integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration delivery
• Drive functional requirements gathering
• Provide subject matter expertise on freight forwarding
• Build understanding of Flexport’s tech capabilities
• Lead projects with various integration technologies
• Collaborate with Product and Integration Engineers
• Review and update SOPs for integrated customers
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing
• Support Account Executives with integration requests

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting/Architecture
• Familiarity with APIs, transmission protocols, and payload formats
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ownership mindset and proactive approach
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Experience with data analytics and system integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
