Flexport is seeking a talented Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between various teams and ensure successful integration deployment for their largest and most complex customers. This role involves gathering requirements, providing expertise, and collaborating with engineering and customer-facing teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration delivery
• Drive functional requirements gathering
• Provide subject matter expertise on freight forwarding
• Understand Flexport’s tech capabilities
• Lead projects with various integration technologies
• Collaborate with Product and Integration Engineers
• Update SOPs for integrated customers
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing
• Support Account Executives with integration requests

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting/Architecture
• Familiarity with APIs, transmission protocols, and payload formats
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ownership mindset and proactive approach
• Cross-functional teamwork and project leadership
• Initiative and independent learning
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with data analytics and system integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
