Flexport is seeking a highly experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to lead Engineering Cost Efficiency and Cross-Team Infrastructure Initiatives. This role involves optimizing cloud spend, leading complex engineering programs, and leveraging AI to improve engineering workflows and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related field

• Proven experience leading Cost Efficiency programs
• Experience applying AI/ML technologies
• Experience managing large-scale technical programs
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to influence without authority
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
