Job Description

The WMS Manager is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the warehouse management system, providing on-site support and training to the operations team, and offering IT support to ensure seamless fulfillment center operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize WMS incidents
• Monitor and maintain WMS health and stability
• Provide user support and training on WMS functionalities
• Develop and maintain accurate WMS data
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and bottlenecks
• Enhance operational efficiency through WMS optimizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, IT, or related field
• 3+ years experience in WMS configuration, implementation, and maintenance
• Proficiency in WMS software (Logiwa, ShipHero, SAP HighJump, Manhattan)
• Familiarity with incident management platforms (Jira Service Desk)
• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with asset tracking systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
