iRely is seeking a dynamic Software Implementation Associate to join their Professional Services team. This role involves deploying ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of software to meet customer needs, and providing exceptional value through customer engagement and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions
• Provide customer service
• Support UAT, training, and go-live
• Deliver training sessions
• Interface with customers
• Configure and build software
• Execute project tasks
• Provide on-site and remote support
• Follow implementation standards
• Assess and resolve project challenges
• Maintain project utilization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of software implementation experience (ERP/SaaS preferred)
• Strong background in financial systems and accounting principles
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience in Testing, Configuration, Training
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
