iRely is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales to lead new sales efforts and expand their footprint in the ERP and SaaS solutions space for the commodities industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling software solutions to enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build Sales Framework and GTM strategies
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead complex sales cycles
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Analyze market trends
  • Represent iRely Products at industry events

Requirements

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy
  • Experience selling ERP or SaaS solutions
  • Retail Software Solutions experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with sales forecasting and CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
