Appodeal is seeking an experienced Senior Director/Director of Product Management to lead the product vision and delivery for their BidMachine products. This role focuses on driving business outcomes, ensuring market competitiveness, and guiding a product team to achieve ambitious goals within the mobile advertising technology space.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Align product initiatives with company objectives
• Prioritize features for measurable ROI
• Manage and mentor product managers
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and other teams
• Gather insights from advertisers and publishers
• Drive creation of scalable ad tech systems
• Oversee development of targeting and bidding tools
• Monitor competitive landscape
• Introduce innovative features

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or mobile monetization
• Track record of launching DSP, exchange, or mediation products
• Strong understanding of real-time bidding
• Ability to translate market needs into requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Technical fluency
