Job Description

Appodeal is seeking an AI & Automation Analyst to design, build, and implement automations to scale the business and improve team workflows. This role involves working directly with the CEO on projects ranging from meeting analytics to AI-driven feedback and OKR tracking, utilizing workflow automation platforms and APIs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to learn, and passionate about AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement AI-powered automations
• Build automations with n8n, Pipedream, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
• Track and report non-L10 meetings
• Deliver personalized automated feedback
• Integrate Garmin and wearables with ChatGPT/Claude
• Automate log transfers
• Connect OKRs to AI systems
• Prepare executive summaries
• Document processes and train teams
• Work independently from concept to execution

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools
• Basic coding skills (Python or JavaScript)
• Comfort working with APIs, REST, and webhooks
• Experience automating tasks in Google Workspace
• Full stack software development experience
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Coachable and adaptable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow OKR frameworks
• Self-driven with a bias for action
