Job Description

The Manager, Accounting - Global Games and Events manages daily accounting activities, focusing on monthly close, account reconciliations, and policy compliance. This role provides oversight of key accounting processes, supports internal and external reporting, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational accounting activities
• Support monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee accounting for Global Events
• Collaborate with technical accounting team
• Identify process improvements
• Provide oversight to accounting staff
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Collaborate with audit teams
• Assist in implementing functional policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA designation preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Thorough understanding of GAAP/IFRS
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Oracle Cloud ERP experience a plus
