Job Description

The Manager, Financial Reporting manages the accuracy of financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, audits, and period-close processes, while also identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage external financial reporting and audit cycles
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors
• Oversee benefit plan financial statement preparation
• Manage international statutory compliance reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Present complex financial information to various audiences
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Collaborate with audit teams
• Assist in implementing functional policies

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation or candidacy preferred
• Thorough understanding of GAAP/IFRS and internal controls
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Oracle Cloud ERP experience a plus
