Job Description

The Hotels & Meetings Associate supports the NFL Live Events team in planning and executing tentpole events and executive meetings, with a focus on hotel management, meeting planning, and execution. This role involves managing hotel contracts, reservations, and on-site event logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel contracts for Super Bowl and Draft bids
  • Support Super Bowl hotel assignment process
  • Manage onboarding process for contracts
  • Manage hotel reservations for tentpole events
  • Support operations at Super Bowl headquarter hotel
  • Coordinate planning meetings
  • Lead on-site event management for Owners Meetings
  • Attend planning meetings
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments
  • Work with finance team on budget reconciliation
  • Support contract management and budget tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of hotel experience with room and function room operations
  • Adept at contract negotiations
  • Hotel and venue management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to lead and collaborate
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter
