Job Description

The Senior Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of player benefits, including administration and communication of benefits negotiated in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). This role requires strong relationship management, analytical, and project management skills to influence Player Benefits strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support collectively bargained benefits and retired player programs
  • Master player benefit plans and the NFL-NFLPA CBA
  • Participate in CBA negotiations
  • Collaborate with external organizations
  • Support key committees
  • Develop and deliver presentations
  • Provide individualized support to players
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external partners
  • Oversee financial aspects of the department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years related experience
  • Experience with collectively bargained plans preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
