NFL Media is seeking a skilled Media Operations Technical Associate to design, implement, and maintain advanced media asset management software. This role requires experience in media management technologies, strong understanding of media workflows, and the ability to implement software to perform those workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable media asset management software
• Design and implement media workflows for ingestion, metadata creation, storage, and retrieval
• Integrate media asset management systems with enterprise systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements
• Develop documentation and training materials
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in designing and managing media asset management systems
• Demonstrable ability to write, debug, deploy, and manage software
• Expertise in media asset management systems (e.g., Vidispine, Reach Engine, Dalet Galaxy)
• Strong knowledge of media formats, metadata standards, and digital media workflows
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and project management skills
