Lightning AI is seeking an analytically focused GTM Operations Manager to own the revenue tech stack, provide insights, and optimize their developer-focused sales funnel. This role involves partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to build data-driven processes and scale the business. It is a hybrid position based in New York City with in-office requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce, HubSpot, and the revenue tech stack
• Manage commissions, quotas, and forecasting
• Build dashboards and analyses to clarify funnel performance
• Measure marketing and sales performance and recommend optimizations
• Document playbooks and train teams
• Operate on high-priority operational projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years in GTM/Revenue Ops at a B2B SaaS company
• Strong command of Salesforce and GTM tooling
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools
• Experience with marketing automation and attribution
• Sharp business judgment
• Resourcefulness and detail-orientation
