Lightning AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities from enterprise customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved quickly. This role involves collaborating with engineering, design, and GTM teams to drive product strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management in high-growth SaaS
• 2+ years in enterprise B2B
• Track record of identifying and executing on high-revenue enterprise opportunities
• Strong empathy for technical users
• Analytical fluency
• Excellent product judgment
• Strong collaboration skills
• Comfort with technical concepts
• Highly coachable
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
