Lightning AI is seeking an experienced Account Executive to sell their technical, developer-focused products to key decision-makers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, and providing valuable customer feedback to inform product development.

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Consistent outbound prospecting
  • Qualify inbound/outbound leads
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Analyze industry trends
  • Work with marketing to improve inbound leads
  • Maintain data integrity in HubSpot

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Executive experience selling technical products
  • Familiarity with machine learning/AI/software development
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and closing deals
  • Ability to uncover customer pain points
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with HubSpot
  • Understanding of sales methodologies
