Job Description

Lightning AI is seeking a customer-facing Machine Learning Solutions Engineer to work closely with go-to-market teams as a technical expert. The role involves demos, proof-of-concepts, post-sales support, and collaboration with product and engineering teams to enhance the Lightning AI platform and solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand ML workflows
• Design and deliver demos and training sessions
• Write Python code for demos
• Scope and lead POCs
• Collaborate with internal teams for feedback
• Develop technical documentation
• Architect solutions for complex challenges
• Stay up-to-date with ML advancements

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Understanding of ML concepts and tools
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch
• Ability to debug and optimize ML models
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
