Toptal is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution of their AI platform. This role involves guiding a team of Product Managers, shaping platform capabilities, and collaborating with various teams to drive business growth through AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own AI platform strategy and roadmap
• Provide thought leadership and communication
• Track progress and manage risks
• Prioritize initiatives
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers
• Define and evolve Product Management practice
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Establish team objectives and oversee work
• Coach and mentor team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• 10+ years of software Product Management experience
• 3+ years of experience leading Product Managers
• Prior Software Engineering experience is a plus
• Experience with AI-enabled products
• Data analysis skills (SQL or spreadsheets)
• User-centric approach
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently
