Toptal is seeking a customer-centric Senior Product Manager to drive innovation by expanding their product and service offerings. The role involves leading a team of engineers, working cross-functionally, and owning the end-to-end product discovery and delivery process using data, user research, and collaboration to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile team including backlog grooming and prioritization
• Define scope of new features and improvements
• Write and prioritize user stories
• Establish credibility with partners
• Use data and research to inform product direction
• Track progress and manage risks
• Run research and business analyses
• Solve complex product challenges
• Apply system-analyst techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of software product management experience
• Experience leading products end-to-end
• Knowledge of AI product development
• Experience with third-party integrations
• SQL or spreadsheet analysis skills
• Data-driven decision making
• Wireframing and mockup skills
• Agile development experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
