Toptal is seeking a customer-centric Senior Product Manager to drive innovation by building and scaling AI-driven products. The role involves leading a team of engineers, working cross-functionally, and owning the end-to-end product discovery and delivery process using data, research, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile team, including backlog grooming and prioritization
• Translate AI capabilities into product experiences
• Define scope of new features and improvements
• Write and prioritize user stories
• Establish credibility with partners
• Use data and research to inform product direction
• Track progress and manage risks
• Run research and business analyses
• Solve complex product challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of software product management experience
• Proven ability to lead products end-to-end
• Knowledge of AI product development
• Experience with AI-driven product features
• Experience with third-party integrations
• Comfortable with SQL or spreadsheets for data analysis
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
• Ability to build wireframes and mockups
• Agile development experience
• Strong communication skills
